Service Object

DogDoneright provides consulting for standardizing operational processes and security auditing of corporate K9 guard and protection divisions. Services include analysis of logistical protocols, verification of intervention equipment compliance, and optimization of resources allocated for industrial perimeter integrity.

Reports and recommendations are delivered in written form, based on data collected during the audit. Complete risk elimination is not guaranteed, only the identification of vulnerabilities and the proposal of corrective measures.

Client Rights and Obligations

The client undertakes to provide full access to relevant documentation, involved personnel, and perimeters subject to the audit. Any access restriction may affect the accuracy of the conclusions.

The client is responsible for implementing the received recommendations. DogDoneright is not liable for damages caused by partial or incorrect application of these recommendations.

Limitation of Liability

DogDoneright is not an insurer and does not guarantee the prevention of security incidents. Our liability is limited to the value of the concluded consulting contract.

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or interruption of the client's activity, even if we have been informed of the possibility of their occurrence.

Data Confidentiality

All information collected during the audit is treated confidentially and is not disclosed to third parties without the client's written consent, except as required by law.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.

Contract Duration and Termination

The consulting contract is concluded for the duration specified in the offer. After delivery of the final report, DogDoneright's obligations cease, except for the confidentiality obligation which remains in effect for a period of 3 years.

Either party may terminate the contract with 14 days' notice if the other party repeatedly breaches its assumed obligations.

Modification of Terms

DogDoneright reserves the right to update these terms of use. Any changes will be published on this page and will take effect 30 days after publication.

Continued use of the services after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
